I had my trip of Delhi, Mathura, Agra, Jaipur & Pushkar with my family in 1st week of April 2016. It was an wonderful experience, Thanks to musthaq for choosing the hotels with best quality. Breakfast in all the hotels was excellent. Special thanks to driver Raju for guiding us in all the places and arranging good guides in all the places where required. My mother & daughter were very impressed with him. Thank you very much & looking forward to travel with you again.

We had a wonderful time at Kashmir. Mushtaq Bhai had made excellent arrangements for our stay, travel & sightseeing. We were a group of 10 and everybody was very happy with the overall arrangements. We visited Gulmar, Pahalgam & Srinagar. Special thanks to our driver Javed Bhai. Dear Friends, The day we landed at Srinagar Airport with my family the whole city was under curfew. Mustaq BHAI made us feel so comfortable and guided us through out and came along with us so that we are safe all the times and because of him we had very good Amarnath Darshan. I am a frequent traveller and never in my life found so good personalised service. He became a part of my family and it was so good to meet his family. Arrangements were neatly made, Hotels in Jaipur, Agra were awesome, Delhi was good and Haridwar was ok, but there were not trouble anywhere. My daughter and I had a wonderful 7-day trip to Jaipur, Jodhpur and Pushkar, especially the elephant ride in Jaipur and camel ride in Pushkar was a memorable one. Our driver Raju and tour guide in Jaipur Arif were wonderful. Arif was funny and entertained in English which my daughter and I enjoyed. From Day-1 picking up from Delhi airport till the last day to drop off us at Delhi airport was as planned. I would recommend Musthaq, the tour coordinator. Our personal thank you note to Musthaq.

The issue that we had was one of the return flight was booked by mistake without any checked in luggage and we had to pay Rs1000 at the airport. I have informed India tours about this. Not sure if they are planning to refund Rs1000.

My family and I had a very nice trip to Delhi, Jalandhar and Amritsar which we covered by car and i must say thanks to Musthaq who made sure that we have a spacious and comfortable car. The hotels also were good except for the Amritsar one which was amidst a lot of contructions going on there causing a lot dust. Otherwise for the last twenty years that I've known Musthaq and solicited his service when i travel to India, I must say that he had always tried his best to make my trip worthwhile. Thanks Bhai

The trip was organised well until we went to Agra. We were told we will be given 4 star hotel, in Delhi we were given 3 star hotel. Also, I think it would have been good if they would have mentioned 1 day is not enough to show all the places that they had mentioned in the itinerary

I have sent my best review ever any tour operations could have but it seems didnt reach to where it should. I had the best experience of the Golden Triangle tour with the best driver Raju and most knowledgeable guide of the cities. The honest and caring and most protective driver Raju made us feel most secured wherever we went and looked after our needs to enjoy the outmost of the tour. My sister and I will always treasure the memories of our most enjoyable tour in India. I thank Mr. Mustaq for organising everything for us in the highest professional manner. i would say this is the best trip that i had in my life. I just feel that i was at my home when i reached Srinagar.We visited srinagar ,pahalgam ,sonmarg and Gulmarg .Boat house stay & hotels arranged were so pleasent and hygenic. Complimentary Food that they serve will be in your mind for your life . we had a 10 months baby in our family , so we needed more support like food and medical support. Musthaq helped us in everything and the baby enjoyed the whole trip. if you are planning to take your baby ,no worries . My family and my friend Mani's family ( 4 adults + 4 Kids ) planned for a Delhi tour.. we found that INDIA TOUR CITY's tour package was good.. so we chose INDIA TOUR CITY for our 6 days DELHI, JAIPUR and AGRA tour.. it was a great trip, the Tempo traveller is too good and the Driver Guddu is very nice person.. All the Hotels all r good.. we r total satisfied with the stay.. and about the Guides... we met 4 guides... Jaipur Guide , Mathura Guide and Agra guide r too good.. but we r not satisfied with the Fatepur Sikri Guide.. he urges us every palce and didnot tell much details in that place.. it was a such nice to see.. but because of the Guides behaviour we were frusturated.. pls crt this in future tours.. but Totally We are 99% satisfied.. ( -1% for Fatepur Sikri Guide )

I just wanted share my tour experience (Shimla-Manali-Chandighar) with you. It was great experience. All the hotel arrangements and tour arrangements were excellent. Mr. Musthaq and Mr. Vinoth did a phenomenon job. They called daily and enquired about our well and care. And, our cab driver Mr. Ashwani took all six days in cab like child. He was so sweet. The hotels were good, the cab driver Sunil was a good person, managed the timings and informed us when is the good time to avoid rush or ques. My son become friend to Sunil, he taken care of our son, when we left him in the car of certain places. As per the plan all the places were covered. Definitely we recommend to our family members, friends and we will plan our next trips also with INDIA tours. Our trip to Delhi-Agra-Jaipur in early December 2017, exceeded our expectations on every level.From my very first interaction with Mr. Musthaq, he demonstrated his care and concern for understanding the needs of our group, and the experiences we had while traveling confirmed at every step that he not only understood our needs but had a keen ability and knowledge to know how to meet them. We traveled for 7 days as a multi-generation family of 5, ages ranged from 5 to 82. We really appreciated the customization of the trip by Mr. Musthaq. My emails, messages and phone calls were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to. The price of the tour was also competitive. The experience staying 2 nights at the house boat Dal Lake was wonderful. I must say that the hospitality and assistance given by both Nisa and Abdul were marvelous. We had fun at with the snow and all at Gulmarg. It has been an intriging experience and I will surely recommend these places to my family and friends the next time the plan for a holiday.

We recently toured with Indiatourcity through the golden triangle. Mustaq was fantastic with all the arrangements. It was our first trip to Kashmir and we feel wonderful about the scenic beauty of Kashmir. Although we intimated at the last minute about the trip, Musthaq has managed well to get the tickets done and arranged everything as per the plan. We enjoyed the dal lake houseboats, shikara and Srinagar tour. The tulip, nishant gardens are awesome. We enjoyed our stay Pehalgham and thrilled with the six point horse riding. Sonamarg and Gulmarg are also very beautiful places.Overall it was a memorable trip, hope to visit other time and thanks for the support, Musthaq.

Thanks you Mr.mustaq for arranging amazing trip to Kashmir, Agra and Delhi for 7 days. Though our flight has been cancelled for first day, we able to adjust our trip and cover most places in Kashmir. Lot of memories. In total we had 13 people, we got tempo traveller for all tours and drivers/guides are awesome. Delhi was so hot in summmer, but new van made us comfortable. Breakfast and dinner arrangements are good in houseboat, though it could have been better when serving for large group of people. Agra tour guide (Praveen) was simply awesome and he able guide us to take pictures, history was very helpful. We went to Sonamarg, Pahalgham and local Srinagar, we missed Gulmarg due to flights has been cancelled first day. We wish went to gulmarg instead of Sonamarg. Zero point sonamrg drive was very painful. I would recommend go to gulmarg which is shorter drive, if anyone debating sonamrg vs gulmarg. Horse rides/Jeep rides are trying to loot money from you, you need to show your bargain skill. India tour city wasn’t/can’t helpful over there. Overall All these memories are possible due to Mustaq great arrangements.

My family trip to Kashmir is a excellent trip, we enjoyed the places gulamarg and pahalgam . In sonamarg we had bad experience, in bargaining itself our total enjoyment will go off, if I am right people can avoid visiting sonmarg . Other than this hotel booking , food and house boat are very good. In house boat breakfast and dining arrangments are very nice, including the people there. I and my family are very much thankful for the familiar but grand hospitality shown by India Tour to us. Though it was Ramadan days, they took all pain to provide us a comfortable stay in terms of the luxurious Boat House, tasty breakfast and dinner and all required guidance as much as they could. It was wonderful and adventurous trip we had in Kashmir . The whole team has done fabulous job starting from itenary, stay, food, driver/guide ,places visited and safety. Kashmir is definitely a place to go and feel the paradise on earth. Mushtaq, Rafik driver and our guide and Riaz bai have done their best to keep the tour well organised. I loved stay in house boat and shopping in dal lake.

We had a great trip for 5 days. We were little hesitant while booking the package about the service. But Musthaq did a great job providing us good hotels and a great driver. The driver(Sanngam) was very professional and kind. We really had memorable trip. We will definitely go with Musthaq's India tour city when we travel to India again. Dear Musthaq, Thank you so much for providing us a memorable trip from Chennai to Agra, Delhi and Kashmir for a period of 7 days and 13 people altogether. We started discussion with Musthaq from Nov 2017 for this trip and finalized only by Feb 2018, so much of discussion and helped us in each query and answered so patiently and we changed the itinerary multiple times and Musthaq accommodated each change. In Kashmir, we didn’t even feel any security issues. Arrangements of House boat accommodations were excellent. Tempo traveler was arranged to cover the local places accompanied by local knowledgeable people which made us to know each place well. Then we started our journey to Delhi, Climate was too hot but we were provided with fully A/c new tempo traveler vehicle which helped us a lot and Driver helped us to take thru the planned places in time. Breakfast/Dinner were too good both in Kashmir and in Delhi. Then moving to Agra, Tour guide (Praveen) had taken so much of care to make us to know about the Taj Mahal history and made it a great visit. Overall, this was our first North India trip with my family & with my friends and it turned out to be a great memorable visit. Once again, Thank you Musthaq! Driver doesn't know the right terminal, he dropped us at wring terminal and didn't pick the call. We had very short time to reach another terminal in Delhi. Every where commission business, they stop at high priced hotels, they pay commissions. Too much commission business, if you have enough money in your pocket it is good to pay more for these commission based food, photography, guide etc.. You will get respect from driver based on money you spent. Hotels were nice, driver picked us on time, good follow up and availability by Musthaq. He is very nice person!! With small changes this travel has great potential to become No.1

Dear Mustaq, We had a wonderful holidays in Kashmir because of your arrangements. Though it was the first tour outside south India with my 3yrs baby, we didn't feel any hastle in our 7 day trip. The trip to India was definitely a memorable one as we got to experience numerous things that we have never experienced in Singapore before, such example may be our first snowfall which was not included in the itinerary at first. However, they were flexible enough to include it int eh itinerary which allows us to be able to experience our first snowfall which we could have missed. Both of the guides were knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us, despite travelling with a couple of old folks, the guides took it as their responsibility and helped to care and support the older members of our groups, which allows all of us to experience the wonderful parts of India. However, there was only one issue with this trip and that was the crowding of people asking for tips in tourists attractions. Personally, I felt that if the guides are able to do something about this situation and prevent it from happening, it will be a perfect trip. All in all, the whole family regardless of age or gender, enjoyed this trip and I would like to give my thanks to Mr Mushtaq, Mr Nisar and team.

It's a honeymoon trip and went on Jun 2022. It was an excellent trip and nice hospitality. Never had any discomfort during the trip. Trip incharge was communicating with us throughout the trip. Cab rides were very good and driver is very much friendly and supported us wherever required. Hotels, boathouse everything was good and clean. Food is good as well (both veg and non veg).

We had been to Kashmir between 21st and 26th of May. A must visit place once in a life-time to see NATURE at its best. I've always wondered as a child why they call Kashmir as a "Paradise on Earth". And the best way to relate to this is to experience it with your own eyes to get a feel. One of the most wonderful places on Earth. And our journey as a family couldn't have been more fun and memorable without the able assistance & guidance from Mr. Mushtaq, who had hand-crafted our plan for the 6 days. Not to forget our driver cum guide Mr. Mohammad Rafiq, who took great care of us and explained the history of the City and its evolution. What made it more exciting for my family was the extended support offered by Mr. Mushtaq and Mr. Rafiq in orchestrating our journey, course correcting it to suite our needs, making it so personalized so that we are able to enjoy the places of visit with peace. Numerous Horse-rides to 2 days at Dal Lake, the Shikara ride to shopping, involving purchase of hand-made dresses, pashmina shawls, sarees, walnut wood work, carpets and more. A big hug and thank you to Mr. Rafiq Sir, who exhibited great patience, and was with us to buy an Willow bat in Kashmir, spending a lot of time with my son and helping him through the process. And Mr. Mushtaq Sir surprised us by arranging for shopping in the Boat House with a Photo shoot in traditional Kashmiri Attire. Wonderful evening rides in the car with a soothing music of Mohammad Rafi songs played by Mr. Mushtaq when we used to return to the hotel in the evenings. Mr. Rafiq has a good collection, I must say. My Teen kids thoroughly enjoyed the trip and were eager to see more of Jammu, Leh & Ladakh during their next visit. Reliable, Trustworthy, Empathy, Personally takes good care of guests, Supportive, Always there when required, Helpful in nature, Easily reachable and approachable are some of the characteristics (though less) that I would use to describe Mr. Mushtaq & Mr. Rafiq. Thank you so much Sir for making it so memorable for us. All is well that ends well! We had a great holiday and enjoyed every piece of Nature's Beauty with a feeling of wanting to see more and experience more. Thank you Kashmir... we hope to see you once more! I visited Kashmir along with my wife from 07/05/2022 to 12/05/2022 for our honeymoon,our trip operator is India tour city, It was recommended by my friend who visited last year. It was a very nice trip. It was well organized and the driver was also very good and friendly. Mr. Musthaq helped out in organizing a very nice trip and hotel staff is very good service. I had my trip of Golden Triangle (Delhi-Agra-Jaipur) with my family in Dec third week. It was an wonderful experience, all the arrangements made were flawless in Agra and Jaipur. The only hitch in the entire tour was our stay in Delhi at Hotel Inter City. This is not at all a standard hotel, service was also pathetic. While our stay at Hotel Taj Vilas at Agra and Mandawa Haveli at Jaipur was simply superb. My overall rating would have been surely 4.5, except Delhi stay experience. This has truly been an amazing,fun thrilled Holiday for my kids & my old parents in law . India Tours operators have done an excellent job in exceeding in standards of what they had actually promised me. They gave me an Innova which had been only 575kms run, that is virtually brand new. The Driver, Rafeeq was an excellent guy who was so well mannered and courteous . The rooms & food which was arranged(Veg) was very good. I strongly suggest India Tours for Srinagar & other places in Kashmir. Mr.Mustaq is a very good gentleman who deserves accolades & praises for understanding clients with families who travel from South India. He is just. Myself with my family of two kids (15 & 12 years) have visited Kashmir, Agra & Delhi between 1st May to 7th May 2015. First of all, a BIG Thank you to Mustaq Bhai. It was an memorable trip to Rajasthan. I loved the Aravali Range,Desert all of which induced me towards some adventurous activity.But sadly we didn't had any option available.

I had booked a trip for amarnath shrine via Srinagar-Baltal route by helicopter. The tour was awesome. Selecting India Tour City which has provide us to stay in Winter Palace houseboat A Unit of Kohimaran Group for our stay in Kashmir was one of our best decisions. We had really good time. We took the package for 6 days and 5 nights. The service was indeed excellent and exactly as promised. the Houseboat is beautiful the exotic look gives you a great feel. We had booked the place after talking to Mr Musthaq, the owner of the India Tour City, and depositing some amount in his bank account. Our package included stay at Houseboat with breakfast and dinner and trips to Gulmarg Sonmarg Phalagam and local Srinagar. Every thing right from pickup to our final drop was so well co-ordinated and properly planned. The whole team is well organized and so warm that you really feel pampered. We arrived in Kashmir and off my husband took me to a houseboat he said he had booked. It was my first visit to Kashmir and i had never been in a houseboat before. When we arrived at the Dal Lake, it was so calm and peaceful. The view was breathtaking, the Shikara took us to the houseboat and i almost fainted when i saw the boat. It was Spectacular; the Houseboat was a piece of Art!! It was so beautiful and had such superb interiors. There was a warm welcome waiting for us, an old man who was the keeper. The most caring human being on the planet I must say. The owner himself was such a down to earth gentleman. He told us the things we could do, but honestly it was an effort to leave such a spectacular houseboat, it was bigger than a building laid down. The food was good, the person was very hospitable; the view was the best ever I have seen in my entire life. Srinagar is truly for the romantics. It is heaven on earth. I thought I had died and come to heaven. Thanks to India Tour City.

Hi Musthaq Enjoyed our tour of the Golden Triangle Tour and Amritsar very much and it was most interesting. We should have had more time for visiting your country. The hotels at Agra and Amritsar were very good. The Hotel Florence in Delhi was good but the Metro Heights and hotel in Jaipur Excellent and so good service. Mr Ajay Kumar is a very good driver and went out of his way to help. The other drivers were equally good. The guide at Agra was very good. The guide at Jaipur was excellent and gave excellent commentary both at the Amber Palace and the observatory. A very good and friendly man. The little down sides did not spoil what was an excellent holiday. I would have no problem recommending your company to my Friends & Family.
